Cancellation and Variation Policy

This Cancellation and Variation Policy should be read together with and is subject to our Terms of Use.
Transfer
If a registrant is unable to or does not intend to attend the Summit for any reason they may substitute another person, by arrangement with OPEN Interactive, provided at least two week’s notice is given before the commencement of the Summit.
Variation or Cancellation
If you choose to vary or cancel your order for registration, please contact our team in the USA at +1 855 700 OPEN (6736), in St. Kitts and Nevis at +1 869 662 8771 or email us at icsummit@madebyopen.com within the first 24 hours after completing your order for registration, and our team will assist you in processing that request. You will be entitled to a full refund, less any applicable bank charges. Variations made within 24 hours after completing your order for registration will be entitled to any applicable concession.
The time it takes to remove your authorisation for OPEN to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling and any amounts agreed upon before order submission) to your credit/debit card or account will be determined by the financial institution that issued your card. You may contact your financial institution for more information.
If you choose to vary your order for registration after the first 24 hours of completing your order for registration, you may be charged a fee of up to US$25 to process the variation. You will also be liable to pay the difference between the new order and the sum already paid and any applicable bank charges and taxes. Variations made after the first 24 hours of completing your order for registration may not be entitled to concessions which applied to similar orders. It is within OPEN’s absolute discretion whether to apply such concessions.
If you choose to cancel your order for registration after the first 24 hours of completing your order for registration, you may be charged a fee of up to US$25 to process the cancellation. You will not be entitled to a full refund, but you may be entitled to a partial refund upon request, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Payments of, for and/or in relation to sponsorships cannot be cancelled after the payment is completed. If you believe there has been an error in your payment, please contact our team in the USA at +1 855 700 OPEN (6736), in St. Kitts and Nevis at +1 869 662 8771, or email us at icsummit@madebyopen.com within the first 24 hours after completing your payment, and our team will aim to assist you in resolving any errors.
